Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, a range of quality products and we want you to be happy every time you shop with us.

If you're not completely happy with an item, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings and hosiery items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

In the interests of hygiene, any briefs/thongs or swimwear should be tried on our your own underwear, and any returned items where this has not been the case, we may refuse the return.

You should post your return in its original packaging to the address on the returns card that came with the goods. Returns need to be received back to us within 14 days of you received the order. You should allow four days for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. For any returns reaching us more than 14 days after you receive the order, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We suggest you get a proof of postage from the Post Office, and suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method so you can make a claim if it gets lost.

Postage costs will not be be refunded for any return goods, but if we send you a replacement, we won't charge you again for sending them to you.
