Delivery Information

We will always ship your order to you as soon as we can, but it will always be subject to having received payment and what stock we have available. We keep all our products in stock, but on occasion items may become out of stock for reasons outside our control. In these circumstances, we will despatch the goods when we receive stock new stock, or offer you a refund.

External Packaging 

All our parcels are sent in plain packaging and have no branding, so they can be delivered to your workplace Plain packaging for your purchasewithout anyone knowing what is inside.

We send all goods to require a signature upon delivery and you must ensure there is someone available to receive the delivery.

Royal Mail will deliver to the specific address, but they may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. The signature will be taken as proof of delivery.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address, which have been signed for but have not been received by the customer.

Standard Delivery

We send all orders out via Royal Mail Special Delivery which Plain packaging for your purchaserequires a signature upon delivery, but also incorporates the 'Track and Trace' to track down missing orders.

In the event you do not receive your goods, you will need to contact Royal Mail for help using your 'Trace and Trace' unique reference.

  • Orders up to £40 - £3.50 delivery
  • Orders over £40 - Free Delivery

Delivery will normally be by 1pm on the next working day for all orders placed before 1pm each day, with the exception of some northern parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Herm and Sark.
